liqueur created in 1945 and painstakingly
produced by the steam distillation of the seeds of Star Anise. It was in 1968 that the Supreme Court of Italy decreed that the best quality spices, herbs, sugar and alcohol that are particularly fine and used in Molinari Sambuca are superior to those used to produce other Sambucas.

Caffè and White Rum over ice. Stir

22 ml simple syrup
15 ml fresh lemon juice
Club soda
Mint leaves
Preparation: Muddle mint and simple syrup in a mixing glass. Add SKYY and lemon juice and shake with ice. Serve on the rocks and top with club soda. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

4 cl Finlandia Mango Fusion
6 cl Grapefruit Juice
6 cl Cranberry Juice
Preparation: Start by pouring the Cranberry Juice into the Highball glass. Build over it by slowly pouring the Grapefruit Juice over it. Top it up with the Vodka. Add Ice and stir gently. Garnish with cubes of Mango skewered onto a cocktail pick or with a slice/chunks of Grapefruit and serve!
JACK DANIEL
Hailing from America's oldest distillery in Tennessee, Jack Daniels Whiskey is created from the finest grains and crystalline clear iron free spring water from the limestone caves. A 10-foot maple charcoal mellowing process and ageing in American Oak barrels gives this whiskey its distinctive aromatic flavour, a result of the charred insides of the barrel causing the wood's natural sugars to caramelise from which the whiskey draws its rich amber hue and mature finish.

TWISTED WHISKY SOUR
45 ml Jack Daniel's Whisky
20 ml lime juice
15 ml Sugar syrup
30 ml Orange juice
2/3 drops of Aromatic bitters
Preparation: Take a mixing tin filled 3/4th with ice. Add whisky, lime juice, sugar syrup, orange juice, bitters. Shake. Serve in a Champaign tulip. Garnish with a slice of orange/cherry.

2 cl Mango Puree
0.5 cl Vanilla Syrup
Garnish with Fresh Mango Slice
Preparation: Shake well all ingredients with ice, then strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a small slice of fresh papaya on the rim of the glass.
